Our client is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the company's operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards within the automotive supply chain.

* Annual salary of £26,000.

* Minimum of 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.

The Role:

The Logistics Coordinator will play a pivotal role in:

* Overseeing the daily operations of a team of drivers, ensuring the delivery of a 5-star service.

* Fostering strong relationships with drivers for effective coaching and development.

* Strategically allocating drivers based on their skills and customer needs.

* Collaborating with recruitment to maintain optimal driver coverage.

* Proactively resolving any operational issues.

* Coordinating with the Planning Team for seamless journey execution.

* Keeping the Customer Service Team updated with accurate information.

* Providing emergency cover outside of standard hours on a rotational basis.

* Managing email correspondence with team members and stakeholders.

The Person:

You will be computer literate with an excellent telephone manner. Ideally you will have experience within logistics, however this is not an essential.

This location can be difficult to commute too, so we prefer that candidates have their own transport.

The Package:

· The Logistics Coordinator will receive an annual salary of £25,000.

· Additionally, the role includes a minimum of 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, a company pension scheme, and childcare vouchers.
