Maintenance Multi Skilled Engineer – Electrical Bias or Mechanical Bias

Salary £49,233

The shifts are:

Early 6am-2pm

Days 8am-5pm there is an alternate Day shift with a later start, 9am-6pm and this is

used for days where there is a transition from Lates to Days.

Lates 2pm-10pm

The role holder will spend one night on call every eight nights and this will coincide

with a late shift, this is known as Late on call and varies from the standard late shift.

Late on call is based around completion of production, which depends entirely on

levels of milk production, this Late on call shift is flexible, with a possible later start but

rarely extends beyond 4pm to midnight.

Weekends are worked again on the eight-week cycle, where three weekends and an

additional Saturday is required. This will be spaced with rostered rest days in the

week, giving the opportunity for “long weekends” built into the roster.

General mechanical engineering on site with a best in field approach, including measurement and analysis of equipment using predictive maintenance techniques. 5) Fault finding to diagnose on plant issues affecting performance. 6) Boiler operation and maintenance and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. 7) Operation of cooling towers and maintenance and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. 8) Operation of water treatment systems and maintenance and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. 9) Operation of compressed air systems and maintenance and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
