Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience

An excellent opportunity has become available for an Associate Town Planner to join an established planning and property consultancy as part of their Bedfordshire based team. The team currently offer a wide variety of property and planning services to their clients who include land owners, retailers and housebuilders.

For this role it is anticipated that the successful Town Planner will:

Have a BSc / MSc (or equivalent) in an appropriate planning related discipline
Be MRTPI qualified
Extensive combined public and private sector planning experience
Hold a full UK driver's licenceDuties:

Undertaking planning reviews, appraisals, applications and appeals on behalf of clients
Managing graduate members of the team
Liaising with clients and local authorities
Preparing reports and statements
Identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business from both existing and new clients
