The key responsibilities for the role of Transactional Finance Supervisor (French Speaking) include:
Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
Ensure financial control through balance sheet reconciliations, supplier payments, and offshore team oversight.
Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency across transactional finance operations.
Collaborate with European finance teams to streamline end-to-end processes.
Provide first-line support for operational, client, and supplier queries.
Lead and support offshore teams while upholding company values and financial integrity.
Profile
The successful candidate for the role Transactional Finance Supervisor (French Speaking) will have:
Fluent in French (essential).
Minimum 2 years' experience in Transactional Finance (AP, AR, Invoicing, Bank Reconciliations).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Intermediate Excel skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and uphold strong financial controls.
