Job Description

Valeo Foods UK, home to some of the nation’s most well-known food brands, is looking for two IT Technicians to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced IT professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to develop their skills further, whilst supporting a 24/7 production environment.

* Provide IT and desktop support to all users across a multi-site business

* Build and maintain end point devices to meet the business needs

* Support Microsoft applications, bespoke software, and telecoms systems

* Assist in maintaining a thorough backup and disaster recovery strategy

* Liaise with suppliers and contractors to support business operations

* Configure and support Microsoft 365 applications

* Ensure all statutory and legal IT requirements are met

Qualifications

* Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems

* General IT support skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving

* Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Experience supporting telecoms systems (traditional and digital)

* Experience supporting users in a remote environment

* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* A flexible and proactive attitude in a 24/7 production environment
