Jepson & Co are currently recruiting for a Full Time Warehouse Operative to join our team based in Sheffield.

Role and Responsibilities:

Safe use of all FLT on site.
Supply of components in ready to use format for all production areas.
Picking and packing of orders.
Placing finished stock in BC and general label printing
Operating manual, semi automatic and automatic machinery/equipment
Maintenance and cleanliness of machinery/equipment to standard
Unloading and loading of deliveries/Pick-ups.
Stock transfer internal to the factory, FIFO system.
Housekeeping of materials stored in the warehouse and factory racking - adhering to 5S standards.
Removal and put away of finished goods from all departments.
Accurate stock holding of stock at the East Bank Road facility.
Daily use of IOC boards to highlight any discrepancies/issues
Liaising with other department/support functions for solutions
Stock take experience
Other factory floor dutiesQualifications and Education Requirements:

Math and English GCSE or equivalent

Essential competencies:

Experience in warehouse or factory environment.
Good housekeeping.
Attention to detail.
Self-motivated.
Self-Managing.
Can do attitude.
Health and safety Knowledge.Desirable competencies:

FLT license
