Location: M18
Salary: £42,000 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)

Potential Salary Increase: Up to £48,000 upon achieving performance targets.
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager for our 2-bedroom Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home with an Outstanding OFSTED rating. The successful candidate will lead the team, ensuring the home meets high-quality care standards, supports the needs of the children, and complies with OFSTED regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home.
Lead, motivate, and develop staff members, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.
Ensure all OFSTED guidelines are met and exceeded.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the specific needs of children with EBD.
Maintain occupancy levels while delivering excellent care.
Manage budgets, resources, and performance within the home.
Liaise with external agencies, families, and professionals to ensure the well-being of the children.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safeguarding and regulatory standards.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager in an EBD or children’s residential care setting.
Proven track record of managing homes to an Outstanding OFSTED rating.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, children’s legislation, and OFSTED standards.
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is preferred.
