Location: Wadebridge, Cornwall

Position: Full-Time Front of House staff (2 positions available)

Payrate: £12 – £14 per hour, depending on experience.

Yearly salary range: £21,420 – £29,120 per annum

Our client is a vibrant bar and restaurant in the heart of Cornwall, Rock. Known for delivering exceptional dining experiences year-round. We are seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Front of House team members to join their team. One of these roles has the potential to evolve into an Assistant Manager position.

Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service in both the bar and restaurant areas.

* Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments efficiently.

* Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

* Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth operation.

* Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

* Assist with various tasks as needed, including potential supervisory duties for the Assistant Manager role.

Working Hours:

* Average of 35-40 hours per week.

* Flexibility in working full days or half days, with breaks and meals provided for full shifts.

* Summer hours: 10 AM to 11 PM.

* Winter hours: 10 AM to 5 PM.

* In the off-season, the restaurant operates 3 nights a week and is open for lunch every day.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role, including bar skills, preferred.
