Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Cribbs Causeway, Bristol

Salary: Hourly rate from £11.44

Contract Type: Temporary for 4 weeks

Our client, a well-established organisation, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join their team in Cribbs Causeway. This is a temporary position with a minimum duration of 4 weeks.

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the refreshment area, ensuring it is well-stocked at all times
Serve drinks to waiting guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals with excellent telephone etiquetteEssential:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
Proficiency in using basic office equipment, including telephones and computers
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling various tasksDesirable:

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role
Knowledge of basic administrative duties and procedures
Familiarity with using relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
