I am looking for a Multi Trade operative to work around Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding areas for a large housing association in the region. The role is a permanent position and involves work around Suffolk working within both void and tenanted properties.

Responsibilities for the Multi Trade include:

Working in line with the company's vision of fixing repairs first time, improving quality and providing a positive first response.
Working on your own initiative to ensure that call backs' to repairs are minimised and that fix right first time' repairs are maximised.
Dealing with tenant enquiries professionally and courteously.
All elements of multi work
The Multi Trade will have:

Carpentry and joinery qualification
Plumbing experience
Painting and decorating experience
Full UK drivers license
Experience working within social housing
