Job Title: Purchasing Administrator (Temp)
Location: Outskirts of East Grinstead (accessible by public transport or car)
Salary: £14-15 per hour
Duration: 3 months - ASAP start
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM (some flexibility on hours if needed)

We are working with an innovative company who are looking for a temp to join their small, supportive Purchasing team as a Purchasing Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Generate project and purchase order reports in SAP
Contact suppliers for updates on delivery dates and order confirmations
Update SAP with revised delivery info and escalate to relevant teams
Chase delivery info from sites and project teams
Place web orders for items and consumables
Obtain and update supplier documentation
Help manage inbound/outbound shipment documentationRequirements:

Strong administrative experience
Confident communication skills both written and verbal
Attention to detail
