We have an excellent position available with a leading housing association in Doncaster, dedicated to providing high-quality homes and services to tenants. We are seeking a skilled and qualified Electrician to join our repairs and maintenance team, working across void and tenanted homes to ensure the safety and comfort of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in line with regulatory standards
Inspect, test, and certify electrical installations
Ensure all safety procedures and risk assessments are followed
Respond to emergency call-outs as needed and handle repairs
Work closely with the maintenance team and housing officers
Keep accurate records of all work completed
The hourly pay rate for this role is £20.62 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £17.58 Inclusive of holiday).

You will need;

City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
Full UK Driving Licence
Proven experience in repairs, maintenance, and fault finding
