What the Administrator job involves
Accurately inputting timesheets from contractors
Processing orders on the internal computer system
Sending out invoices for work completed to clients
Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
Managing the emails and responding accordingly
Skills required
Fully computer literate with MS Word, Outlook and Excel
Attention to detail with the ability to manage your own workload
Able to work as part of a team
Experience with working to different internal computer systems
