Location: Maidstone (60% homebased)

Salary: Up to £45,000 & excellent benefits

Are you a relationship focused and proactive Business Development Manager? Would you be interested in working for a growing and quality focused training organisation? If so, this maybe the role for you!

Overview:

Working for a national training organisation you will build relationships with new and existing clients, to promote apprenticeships and training opportunities.

A typical week:

* Generate & foster new long term relationships

* Strategically engage with existing clients

* Support new employers with onboarding

* Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders

You'll need the following:

* Experience generating new business

* Ability to strategically manage existing clients

* Apprenticeship/training sales experience

* Car Driver (essential)
