About the Role:
Future Build Recruitment are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee and manage a wastewater treatment project in Kent for a large contractor. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong engineering background and proven leadership skills. Previous experience of managing works on site across water treatment (ideally), or civil engineering projects is highly advantageous to this Site Engineering opportunity.

Responsibilities:

* Manage site activities, ensuring the project progresses efficiently and adheres to quality standards.

* Prepare and oversee QA, RAMS, ITPs, and ensure compliance with health and safety (H&S) regulations.

* Lead and manage on-site teams, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.

* Utilise technical expertise to deliver high-quality results.

Candidate Requirements:

* Experience:

* 3+ years in a similar role, ideally within wastewater treatment or related projects.

* Skills and Knowledge:

* Proficient in QA, RAMS, ITPs, and H&S protocols.

* Strong engineering and technical expertise.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.
