Tweezerman UK is a joint venture partner and subsidiary of the Zwilling Beauty Group.

Our brands include TRUYU, Tweezerman and a number of Private Label and Exclusive Label brands. Our core brands are sold internationally in over 67 different countries, although the scope of this role is specific to the UK and Ireland.

Our turnover is over £8m and we have a team of 19 people with 12 office based in our office in Edwalton, Nottingham.

About the Role:

Your social media expertise and creativity will help shape our identity, grow our audience and strengthen our brand presence. This is a broad role, covering all aspects of social media management and collaborating closely with influencer, editorial and digital colleagues to express the brand effectively across key channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn).

Key Responsibilities:

Creative content

* Ideate creatively compelling content, optimised for different platforms.

* The planning, briefing and execution of all creative content, working closely with our in-house creative team.

* A willingness to be hands on with the creation of lo-fi assets, self-filming quick turnaround, relevant and original content.

Community management

* Monitor topics and trends in-platform to identify relevant opportunities to express the brand creatively.

* Cultivate a strong online community, proactively engaging and replying to earned interactions, stitching and repurposing content.

Required Skills:

* You are equal parts creative and performance driven.

* A social media expert with 1+ years’ experience working in an organic social team.

* You’re passionate about social media and beauty content.

* Strong ability to collaborate with other specialisms to create the best work.

* In depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube.

* Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

* Ability to manage your own diary and deadlines
