We are seeking a meticulous Credit Controller to join a local family owned company in Wigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the credit control process and ensuring timely payments from customers. Duties

Contact customers regarding outstanding payments via telephone and e-mail, logging all calls.
Analyse accounts and payment terms
Process and allocate payments accurately to accounts
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer queriesSkills

Proficiency in accounting soft-wares
Strong phone etiquette skills
Proficient in data entry
Job Type: Full-timePay: From £23,000 - £25,000 per year
