Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of the business, managing client relationships, conducting viewings, and driving sales. You will be responsible for providing a premium level of service to clients, ensuring that their property journey is smooth, efficient, and exceeds expectations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Conducting property viewings with potential buyers, showcasing properties to their full potential.

* Leading negotiations to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

* Maintaining high standards of customer service, building long-term relationships with clients.

* Collaborating closely with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

* Utilising creative marketing strategies to enhance property exposure and attract the right buyers.

* Managing client communications through integrated tools like WhatsApp for seamless interaction.
