Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Uxbridge
Full-time, working hours.
Salary: £25,000 per annum

Parkside Recruitment are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Uxbridge. If you enjoy helping customers and have great organisational and problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls when necessary
Provide clear, practical advice to customers
Record detailed notes of all customer interactions
Proactively assist customers with their queries
Adhere to company procedures and processes Requirements:
Experience with technical processes and systems is highly desirable
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to switch between tasks as needed
Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service
Ability to show initiative and solve problems efficiently
Knowledge of SAP and Excel is useful, but not essential
