Daily Pay Rate: £85-£95 per day

About the Role:

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) such as Autism, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, and physical disabilities. The role involves:

Delivering tailored interventions and structured routines to foster engagement and independence.
Using specialist communication tools like PECs and Makaton to support students' learning and communication.
Assisting with personal care and adapting activities to meet physical or sensory needs.
Collaborating with SENCOs, therapists, and families to support individual education plans (IEPs).
Implementing positive behavior management strategies to create a calm, inclusive learning environment.
Leading sensory and therapeutic activities to support students' holistic development.

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

Has proven experience supporting children with complex SEN needs in primary settings.
Is proficient in PECs, Makaton, and other adaptive communication strategies.
Demonstrates empathy, resilience, and a passion for inclusion.
Thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to support children in reaching their full potential.
