Site Manager (Fit Out Experience)

Location: Nationwide (Across the UK)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong fit-out background and a solid joinery/carpentry foundation to oversee a series of exciting restaurant refurbishments across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are maintained.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, from coordinating trades to liaising with clients and stakeholders. Your expertise will play a key role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of restaurant fit-out projects.

Supervise on-site teams, including carpenters and other trades.

Ensure all works are carried out in line with project specifications, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.

Provide on-site leadership and support to your team.

Handle site paperwork, including daily reports, risk assessments, and method statements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a strong background in fit-out projects.

Solid joinery/carpentry background with hands-on experience.

Relevant qualifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme), and First Aid at Work.

Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong understanding of health and safety practices and site management protocols.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
