The HireWorks are working with a fantastic college who are looking for an Office Administrator to join the team on a full-time, term time role (42 weeks of the year).
The role is a back-office position where you would be dealing with internal stakeholders rather than members of the public.
Typical duties would include:
* Manage and maintain school information systems and website.
* Support co-curricular activities and event administration.
* Provide general administrative support for various school functions.
* Assist in HR and admissions processes.
The successful candidate:
* Previous experience within a similar role.
* Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a range of stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the willingness to learn new software.
* Able to identify and solve problems efficiently.
