Used Vehicle Sales Administrator – Middlewich
Salary: £24,000 per year + excellent benefits
Monday to Friday // 8:30am to 5:30pm
Are you a highly organised and motivated individual with administrative experience? We're currently recruiting for a Used Vehicle Sales Administrator on behalf of a well-established company in Middlewich. This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm) offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential support within their Used Vehicle Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Used Vehicle Sales team, including month-end reporting and managing costs related to the sales process.
* Update and maintain the Dragon vehicle stock system.
* Manage all vehicle documentation, issue order numbers, and accurately assign costs.
* Handle incoming calls, process mail, and redirect queries where necessary.
* Provide hospitality for visitors, including preparing drinks and booking meeting rooms.
* Support the team with general administrative duties such as ordering stationery and assisting with daily tasks.
What we are looking for:
* Previous administrative experience is essential, with any experience within the commercial vehicle sector being a plus.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
