Rapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based in Didcot. Assessments available.

** If you have held your Class 1 licence for 6 months and have experience, please reach out as we have assessments**

Position: Class 1 Driver
Pay: £17.00 - £18.63 per hour
Hours: Start times vary, typically between 15:00-18:30
Days: Available 5 out of 7 days

Role includes, and not limited to:

* Transport goods between different locations, ensuring efficient delivery schedules

* Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle for trunking operations, adhering to company policies

* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and report any issues

* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details

* Communicate effectively with the transportation team and other drivers to coordinate trunking operations

Requirements:

* Class 1 licence with a minimum 6 months driving experience

* No more than 9 points on your licence

* Strong knowledge of road safety and excellent driving skills

* Available to work weekdays and weekends

* CPC card and digital tacho card
