Position: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Tutors

Location: Harrow,North West London

Employment Type: Full-time/ Part-time

Salary: £25-£35ph

Job Description: We are seeking passionate and experienced SEN Tutors to join our team in Harrow. As an SEN Tutor, you will work with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, providing personalised instruction and support to help them overcome learning challenges and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to each student's unique needs and learning style.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and the educational team.
Employ a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning difficulties.
Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching/SEN qualifications.
Proven experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students with special needs.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student requirements.Desirable:

Experience with specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, autism, ADHD, etc.
Additional certifications or training in SEN education.
Familiarity with national curriculum and other resources for SEN students.Benefits:
