The Role
As a Facilities Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in:
* Managing a mixed team of engineers.
* Ensuring day-to-day PPMs and reactive works are completed in line with compliance, health, and safety regulations.
* Managing and delivering KPI targets.
* Supporting and coaching your team to enable their best performance.
* Liaising with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, clients, and other team members.
About You
To be successful in the role of Facilities Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and experience:
* Technical background within electromechanical engineering
* Experience in a similar role within the FM industry
* Relevant management qualifications
* Full Driving licence
