CNC TURNER (SETTER/OPERATOR) – WHERE PRECISION MEETS PASSION

As our newest team member, you'll command advanced multi-spindle, mill/turn CNC Lathes, producing aerospace components where tolerances are measured in microns and excellence is the only standard. This role puts you at the controls of modern equipment in an environment where your skills are valued and your growth is prioritized.

YOUR EXPERTISE IN ACTION:

* Master setup and operation of sophisticated CNC Lathes

* Translate complex engineering drawings into flawless components

* Partner with engineers and programmers in a collaborative manufacturing ecosystem

THE IDEAL MACHINIST:

* Brings proven CNC turning experience, particularly with multi-spindle mill/turn operations

* Demonstrates technical literacy in interpreting complex engineering drawings

* Shows confidence with precision measurement instruments

* Has experience with Fanuc controls (though we'll provide training for the right candidate)

* Balances independent work with seamless team integration
