A manufacturing company based in Chelmsford are looking to recruit a CNC Miller into their Night shift. This role is paying up to £48,000 including the shift premium.

Duties:

Night Shift, 20.00 - 06.00, Monday to Thursday
In this role you'll read and interpret component blueprints on a daily basis, working with geometric dimensions and tolerances
You'll set and operate CNC machines to ensure maximum efficiency and reduce machine down time
Setting gauges and utilising manual measuring instruments appropriately.
Perform preventative and regular maintenance on machines, equipment and tools used in all processes.

To be considered for this exciting CNC Miller role, you will need the following experience:

Apprentice trained in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
Engineering background setting and operating CNC machines
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work autonomously but also as part of a team.
Strong communicator and responsive to change
