Are you an experienced Deputy Manager? Proline Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for a Children's Home service in Castleford.

Home Manager vacancy details:

* Deputy manager Salary = from £36270

* Contract Type = Permanent.

* Job Type = Full time.

Responsibilities:

* To support the registered manager in the day to day operations of the home

* To ensure all Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted guidelines are both carried out and adhered to in addition to ensuring Quality Standards are always met

* To ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to

* To ensure all documentation are up to date

* To promote the development of the children and young people.

* To ensure that the home environment is appropriate and sensitive to the needs of the children being looked after there and complies with health and safety and other legal requirements.

* In liaison with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the needs of the young people are met

* To complete administration duties

* To ensure staff are fully trained and inducted in accordance to company policies and procedures

* To undertake on-call responsibilities as required

Experience:

* A minimum of 2 years successful experience working with children in a residential setting

* Achieved a minimum of Level 3 in Children's residential care/workforce

* Minimum of 2 year’s experience of staff supervision

* Full Driving Licence
