We are seeking a talented and strategic Marketing Manager to shape and promote our brand story. This key role will drive customer engagement and enhance brand awareness across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute marketing campaigns aligned with commercial and brand objectives, emphasising our heritage and offerings.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand ‘look and feel’ across all communications.
Design campaigns showcasing our USPs and sustainability initiatives.
Support sales and marketing efforts for our tours, events, and accommodation packages.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement both short-term and long-term marketing strategies that maximise brand impact and revenue.Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a strategic marketing or brand/product management role.
People management and development for direct reports experience is essential.
Expertise in managing marketing agencies and delivering creative campaigns.
Strong understanding of the marketing mix and using data-driven insights for decision-making.
Ability to manage budgets and deliver multiple projects effectively.
