The role focuses on managing a portfolio of high-profile Central London assets, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction through innovative and sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee a diverse portfolio of premium office and mixed-use assets.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams, including finance, facilities management, and specialist service teams.
* Ensure properties meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, security, and repair.
* Drive sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives tailored to each asset.
* Maintain competitive service charges and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance asset performance and value.
Qualifications & Skills
* MRICS qualified with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience.
* Proven ability to manage large multi-let office assets and lead teams.
* Strong client-facing and business development skills.
