If you are a Mechanical Design Engineer you'll be able to learn about electrical engineering to become ambidextrous and it is the same if you are electrically biased.

You'll be working on projects from Stage 2 to 6; they rarely carry out work on behalf of contractors and you'll able to truly see projects from concept to handover while also getting involved with POE aspects.

Projects range from low carbon apartments and residential developments, energy assessments and reporting, change of use for buildings to create arts centres and other public spaces.

You can be sure that you won't be involved in an endless stream of spec office developments.

You must have at least three years' experience working to UK design standards as a Building Services Design Engineer, Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer or Electrical Building Services Design Engineer coupled with a passion for sustainability.
