Sue Ross Recruitment are thrilled to be working alongside their client based in Sheffield City Centre who are looking for an Administrator to join their friendly office. This is a full-time, office based role on a temporary to permanent basis to start as soon as possible.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities include;

* Greeting all visitors to the Sheffield office and directing them as necessary

* Supporting contractors with administration and appointment bookings

* Answering calls and monitoring inbox

* Booking client and staff company events

* Organising travel and accommodation of contractors and directors

* Ensuring all compliance paperwork and information is complete and up to date

* Taking lead on company database ensuring all information is up to date

* Recording all enquiries on the database

* Producing client reports

* Monitoring company social media platforms

* Taking responsibility of office stationery

The successful candidate will have a proficient knowledge of the Microsoft suite including word and excel. You will have great organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and be process driven. You will have confidence in learning new systems and the ability to take ownership of changes as you see fit. The right candidate will be bubbly and confident whilst maintaining a relaxed friendly demeanour.
