Job Opportunity: Commercial Heating Engineer - West Midlands
Are you an experienced Commercial Heating Engineer looking for a new opportunity with a well-established and expanding HVAC/FM contractor? Our client is seeking a skilled professional to join their growing team, supporting a diverse commercial portfolio that includes schools, council buildings, rail stations, and office blocks across the West Midlands.

What's on Offer?

Competitive Pay: Up to £22 per hour (£45,760 per year) - DOE

Stable Hours: 40-hour working week

Standby Rota: 1 in 3 - £240 retainer

Annual Leave: 20 days + 8 bank holidays (increasing with length of service)

Pension Scheme: 5% matched contributions

The Role:

Carry out service, breakdown, and PPM tasks across the region.

Work with a variety of commercial heating systems in public and private sector buildings.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Deliver high-quality work while maintaining excellent customer service.

About You:

Proven experience as a Commercial Heating Engineer.

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Gas Safe, NVQ, City & Guilds).

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Full UK driving license.
