We have a great opportunity for a Sales Progressor based in Bedford to join one of our clients on a part-time permanent basis. Our client is a reputable Estates Agency who is looking for someone who is flexible and able to work the very occasional Saturday as and when required.
Responsibilities of the Sales Progressor
Coordinate the exchange and completion of a number of properties.
Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage brokers.
operating and updating the database.
Creation and upkeep of Sales Management Spreadsheet.
Creation and upkeep of the Sales Progression Spreadsheet.
Requirements for a successful Sales Progressor
Excellent customer service and administration skills.
Ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with clients, the team and solicitors.
Good problem-solving skills.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in using Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Highly organised.
Summary of the Sales Progressor role
Salary: £15,000 - £20,000 per annum doe
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent, Part-time.
Hours: Wednesday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm
