Bennett and Game have the pleasure of working with our client, a Revit using architectural practise with an international presence, on their vacancy for an Architect. This opportunity will be joining their Nottingham office. This a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Architect to join an employee focused practise, that offers the benefits of flexible working arrangements, open annual leave and a competitive salary ranging up to £45,000. Since establishing over 30 years ago our client have developed a talented team of over 60 employees, spread across their 4 offices. Due to an influx of Education and Healthcare projects, our client are ideally seeking a candidate to be experienced within either of the sectors. Their portfolio also includes retail, leisure, residential and industrial project, with project values ranging up to the 70 million mark.

Architect Position Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary, ranging between £35,000 - £45,000
Open annual leave policy
Based very central with easy access via public transport
Hybrids working after probation, 2 days a week. Required in the office on Mondays and Fridays

Architect Position Overview

The use of Revit of a daily basis
Working as part of their fast-paced team
Ability to produce high-quality drawings and designs for a variety of Healthcare and Education projects
Working across all RIBA stages

Architect Position Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience post Part 3
ARB/RIBA Registered
Hard working & motivated individual
A background working on either Education or Healthcare project, would be benefitable
Proficiency with Revit
Carrying out site visits
Proven Design skills, creativity and problem-solving skills in a portfolio
