Location: Large Organisation in Manchester (office-based)

Contract Type: Temporary

Salary: £18-22 per hour via Umbrella/CIS

Overview:

Maintain the asset database, ensuring change requests are accurately processed within agreed timescales.

• Maintain planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules, ensuring the delivery of planned activities is effectively coordinated and recorded.

• Maintain user accounts within the CAFM system, ensuring users have the appropriate level of access and permissions to perform their duties.

• Import and export asset, finance, supplier and work order data to and from the CAFM system, ensuring accuracy.

• Support the production and maintenance of asset management user guides, including the use of the CAFM system, communicating any changes to end users.

• Assist with the planning, organisation and delivery of training sessions to CAFM system end users
