Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for dedicated and hardworking warehouse operatives who are either just starting their career or looking to progress in the warehouse environment. Our client has warehouse operative positions with immediate starts for people who want to work.

Duties:

* Perform picking and packing of items according to order specifications.

* Conduct quality control checks to ensure all items meet company standards before dispatch.

* Maintain an organised work area, ensuring that materials are handled correctly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is preferred but not essential.

* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality control.

* Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Hours and salary:

* £11.44 on the days

* Pay increase on the night shift

* Days and nights

* 12-hour shifts

* 4 day working week

* Temporary – permeant
