Head of Reward

Crawley: Full time, Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote (flexed to meet business needs)

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Reward to lead the design, implementation, and governance of a comprehensive reward strategy. In this key leadership role, you’ll ensure the total reward offering remains competitive while tracking the return on our investment.

As a senior member of the HR management team, you’ll work closely with business-facing HR teams to deliver impactful reward programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and assess competitive compensation structures to attract, retain, and motivate employees.

* Develop and maintain job grading frameworks to ensure fairness, transparency, and pay equity.

* Oversee employee benefits, including pensions, healthcare, and other perks.

* Negotiate contracts with benefit providers to secure cost-effective, competitive offerings.

* Establish and maintain reward policies that drive fairness and consistency across the business.

* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to pay and benefits.

* Collaborate with senior leadership to align reward strategies with business objectives.

* Use data analytics to measure reward effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

* Present insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management through reports and analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

* Extensive experience in reward management within a commercial and/or fast-paced environment

* Proven track record of leading significant reward programme changes

* CIPD or Reward Qualification (desirable)

* Strong benefits expertise, including flexible benefits, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives

* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills – ability to translate numbers into compelling insights with a strong attention to detail
