About the Role:
Hawkes Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Fire Damper Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the inspection, testing, maintenance, and installation of fire dampers in a variety of commercial and industrial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work on a range of projects across the UK, ensuring fire safety compliance and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and testing of fire dampers in accordance with industry regulations (BS 9999).

*

Perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements of fire dampers as required.

*

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and fire safety standards.

*

Complete detailed reports and documentation on inspections and work completed.

*

Work closely with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality service.

*

Identify and report any additional fire safety issues.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Fire Damper Engineer or in a similar fire safety role.

*

Knowledge of fire safety regulations and BS 9999 standards.

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

*

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

*

Valid CSCS card (preferred).

*

Full UK driving licence.

*

Strong communication and organisational skills.
