SEND Teaching Assistant - Sefton (Supply Basis)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking compassionate and proactive SEND Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in Sefton. This exciting opportunity involves supporting children aged 5-11 years with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in primary schools across the area.

Role Overview:

Provide classroom support to students with SEND, ensuring they can access the curriculum.
Engage students in both educational and personal development activities.
Assist with personal care needs, promoting comfort and dignity for all students.
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create inclusive learning environments.
Adapt to varying needs and educational settings on a daily basis.What We're Looking For:

Experience working with SEND students, especially in the 5-11 age group.
A willingness to take on personal care responsibilities as needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
