Key Responsibilities:
* Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region by targeting potential clients and markets across various industries.
* Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing excellent service and support to foster loyalty and ensure long-term partnerships.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with company objectives, leveraging market insights to gain a competitive edge.
* Pipeline Management: Generate, track, and manage a robust pipeline of prospects. Implement strategies for lead generation, conversion, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
* Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using this insight to adapt strategies and offerings.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Manging Director to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs and deliver value.
* Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Regularly report on sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics.
* Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver impactful presentations to potential clients, prepare proposals, and lead contract negotiations to close deals effectively.
* Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help drive product improvements and inform strategic planning.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Open to candidates with diverse backgrounds in related industries.
Skills:
Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
