Cornerstone Recruiting Solutions are working in partnership with a leading Teesside Law Firm to recruit a

Ideally, you will be an individual with good administrative skills and preferably have some experience of working in financial services environment.

Aged mid-twenties to mid-thirties to fit with the dynamics of the current team but applications from all age groups are accepted and considered.

The applicant can participate in further study if they wish, but this is not essential to the role.

Duties for the role will include but are not limited to:

* Supporting existing team with back-office assistance and daily tasks including printing, scanning and photocopying

* Answering phone calls to provide ongoing service to clients, assisting with queries and requests

* Contacting Clients to arrange review meetings and assisting with preparation for those meetings

* Contacting third party product providers for information and chasing requests

* Providing timely and accurate communications to clients, using templates and best practices
