My client a Children's Residential Care Home are on the lookout for a Turnaround Manager who has vast experience in taking homes from Inadequate to Good with OFSTED.

They are willing to offer a very competitive salary package with Bonus for hitting Targets within the home.

Salary: Up to £75000 Per Year.

The home provides care for children with Learning Difficulties and emotional and behavioural problems.

We offer care and and accommodation to children that may have (such as autism, attachment disorder, emotional/learning difficulties) or whom are victims of neglect or abuse.
