TQR are working with a new client who are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our clients Homecare Branch. The Registered Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that complies with regulatory requirements and supports clients in maintaining independence in their own homes. This role involves managing a team of care professionals, ensuring effective care planning and risk assessments, maintaining compliance with CQC standards, and driving business development and growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of homecare regulations, and a passion for delivering outstanding care services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day to day operations and ensure the branch is always complaint.
* Recruitment, training and support of new staff members.
* Conduct regular assessments and adject care plans if needed.
* Ensure shifts are always covered by the right carers.
* Maintain positive relationships with staff, residents and their families, professionals and stakeholders.
* Handle complaints, incidents and safeguarding issues in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent.
* Experience in implementing care plans.
* To have been CQC Registered previously.
* Homecare experience.
* Driving license and own car with Business insurance.
* Strong knowledge of CQC.
