Senior Occupational Health Advisor

Salary £41,121-£55,295 per annum 

Our in house client are looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join their OH service. You would work on a single site in Cambridge within an established team. 

Senior Occupational Health Advisor duties:
-Developing and providing occupational health related training to different groups
-Prioritising clinical caseloads
-Preparing accurate written reports for managements, individuals and HR
-Managing health surveillance/health promotion programmes
-Advising on fitness to work
-Sickness absence case management
-Ergonomic/environmental assessments

Senior Occupational Health Advisor required skills:
-Demonstratable experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor
-Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin 
-Strong IT literacy
-Proficient in the full OH remit and case management within an OH setting 
-Occupational Health qualification or diploma (essential)
-Strong knowledge of health, safety & employment law
