Technical Project Manager (Mechanical & Electrical) – UK (Remote) - £60k

Our client, a SaaS business in the construction industry, are on the lookout for a Technical Project Manager with expertise in the Mechanical and Electrical Services area to drive a greenfield project with a client of theirs who are looking to build a large data-centre building. The software is used in the digital asset management and O&M handover area and the successful applicant will be verifying the data collected by the information team, in the app, against the schematic designs of the project to ensure that the data is accurate.

The company boast a very flexible approach to work with no mandated office time, trusting employees to work remotely all over the UK. However, due to the nature of the role there will be a need to attend client site on an ad-hoc basis, and this can be expensed as appropriate.

To Be Considered:

Demonstrable experience Mechanical and Electrical Services
Demonstrable experience leading projects / groups
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience dealing with Technical Documentation
Experience working with schematic designs
