We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to drive innovation and oversee the development of advanced security solutions with one of our clients. Your Responsibilities

* Product Innovation: Manage the design, development, and testing of new and existing security products, ensuring they remain competitive and innovative.

* Project Leadership: Oversee technical projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

* Team Mentorship: Lead, train, and mentor technical teams, creating a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

* Client Engagement: Conduct detailed site surveys and deliver tailored technical proposals that address client needs.

* Continuous Improvement: Implement new processes to improve design, development, and systems integration while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

What You Bring

* Proven technical management experience, ideally in the electronic security sector (CCTV, alarms, or related). However other Electrical/Electronic Product related backgrounds will be considered

* Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

* Knowledge of electrical systems, including power sources such as batteries, and experience with CAD drawings.

* A diploma or higher qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or similar field).

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to simplify complex technical challenges.
