About the role -

* My client is a leading provider of facilities maintenance around the UK, they are looking for an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to join their team for a life science building.

* As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will be a Key member of the Maintenance team, ensuring safe and full operation of Hard Services whilst taking consideration for the clients, staff, visitors & other service provider’s needs.

* The primary focus of this role will be to conduct planned preventative, Multi-disciplined maintenance and reactive works to the buildings plant, equipment, and systems, as well as respond to site engineering emergencies on behalf of our clients.

* Having the relevant qualifications and experience for your discipline – 18th Edition is essential for your success in this role however, what is most important to us is your effective communication skills which always enable delivery of prominent levels of customer service. You will also be confident is your proven ability to effectively multi-task, work to tight deadlines and work in a team to problem solve on the job; whilst always promoting health & safety excellence.

Candidate Requirements for Maintenance Engineer -

* 18th edition

* City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering

* Client facing

* Well presented

* 5 + years building services experience

* Enhanced DBS
