Talent and Resourcing Manager

The Talent and Resourcing Manager is a new position in the business where you will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing and retaining top talent.
You will be working as part of an established HR and L&D team, an integral role within the business.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in talent and resourcing preferably at management level. This is an exciting new role where you can put your stamp on it in a supportive culture.
The role itself
Setting up recruitment systems and processes
End to end recruitment, job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
Responsibility for strategies attracting, developing and retaining talent
Lead on recruitment campaigns alongside senior leaders
Develop talent strategies to meet current and future needs
Work closely with hiring managers to identify their requirements
Work with the HR Director on succession plans
Forward planning for future hires and talent
Leading on some specific projects
Taking the lead on initiatives, celebrating success and employee recognition
Staying in touch with industry trends
The Candidate
A proven history in a similar role within talent, recruitment or resourcing
Strong understanding of recruitment methods, tools and applicant tracking systems
Experience working in manufacturing or engineering would be advantageous
Data driven mindset
Positive approach, professional and confidence to deliver
Can work in an autonomous role with a varied workload
Ability to lead on projects
CIPD level 5 advantageous
